The Woohoo, because we are now officially on holiday. Thumpah finished work this evening, so off we went to get some provisions for our first week on the road, and clean the car at Elephant Bleu. Everything food-wise next week will be au pif.

Bit of a panic towards the end of this week as our car had to go through it’s contrôle technique on Wednesday. The rear tyres needed replacing, but everything else was OK. We were advised to get them replaced before embarking on our long trip – so last minute rush for us to shop around for new tyres and to get them fitted quickly. The security key for the roof rack arrived at Norauto too – so I can finally get that installed. We’ll see what sort of space we have to play with in the car tomorrow…
